Theft of electricity in home and commercial

Dear Sir,

For your kind informtion.

Their is a Theft of electricity in house and shop, in morning, evening and whole night about 5 KVA.

He is having 3-4 tenents in 2nd and 3rd Floor of his house and he is charging electricity bill from them.

For this purpose he installed a seprate meter.
