Cancellation of e ticket

Sir/madam

recently i faced a problem while cancelling my e-ticket. I had booked my ticket through an agent. But the day i wanted to get it cancelled was a day off for the agent. i had to wait for the agent for the next day and i was for 25% deduction charges. sir the ultimate loss is of the traveller.even if we want to get it cancelled on time.

my suggestion is kindly make a way out for cancellation of the tickets that are done throug agents. As even after asking the employs in railways they say they are unable to cancel the tickets booked by an agent.
