Non-receipt of "The Big Compaq Offer"

HP Redemption Cell informed me on 7/2 that they need 6 weeks from the date of 'hardcopy of documents receipt' for processing of my claim. Though I sent hardcopy of documents on 1.1.2009 by speedpost nothing reached me from their end till date.
