60 days are over nor received gift

I have purchased hp desktpo pc and as per e mail from hp innovative redumption support ihave sent Rs.- demand draft to them .upon enquiring with them they confirmed that gift would be send shortly.complaint ticket no is ZBP-105185. allmost 60 days are over.no gift is received which was supposed to reach in 3- to 45 days.kindly look into matter and arrange for gift immediatelly.sushma shyamkul
