I had purchased a COMPAQ laptop on OCT. After fulfilling certain procedure they were supposed to give a KODAK camera but its been 45 days overI have n't received that yet. The HP redemption cell No is also responding but each time each reduces your rupees.
Can you please let me know what should be done?
