Non delivery of free gift

My son, has bought one HP Pavilion Note Book model no. dv 2910TX on 31-12. The product code Sl. No is (S) 2CE836DR8G. He was promised a free gift i.e. Philips Home Theatre System and as advised by the dealer (and also on the internet), he has registered for redemption of gift on very same day. The redemption code is YS12T1LEPC . He has also sent the copy of Purchase Invoice, Bar Coded Serial Number (original) and Demand Draft No. 938789 for Rs 1499/- to HP redemption Cell by Speed Post on 01-01. The delivery of the gift was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks. The gift is still not received. Initially, the company responded to my e-mail and informed me on 23-02 that

the dispatch of gift would take another 2-3 weeks from now. But now no body is replying to my mails. I dont know what to do?
