I bought HP laptop on 15th jan during this period comany given free gift on any pavilion model of hp laptop .i bought hp pavillion model.and i bought from surat (gujarat) in shop name of croma mall.hp company conditions are you fill up online form and sent rs.1500/- draft on its name so i sent all document which is necessary.18th feb at i give me a mail that " you have give 6 week of time for proceed of your claim" and after 6 week i have not get my free gift of home theater. i reply to it mail.it was told that i will give another 2-3 weeks for dispatch your gift.and i told ok but after 2-3 weeks i recevied mail from hp comany you given anthore 30 days.i call on redemption call it is not available so i have not got so plz you help me

what i do if i will calim on it or not if i calim on it what is charge for me and i will win this case so what amonu i got...
