Haven't got my giftpack

I have send all the required documents to the redumtion address in chandhighar and its been nearly six months and i have still not got my gift. i was told i would get it in 45 days. i bought my product from croma in c.b.d, belapur, navi mumbai in maharastra.

my bill number is 110-11247. i had sent an demand draft of 1500 rupees on the redumption address on 21st of november from bank of maharastra in c.b.d, belapur, navi mumbai in the name of inovative incentives and events pvt my demand draft number is 510054
