Hp Pavilion DV4
Non working of the OS provided from Hp

We bought a Hp pavillion DV4 in May 09 from Jumbo Electronics, Noida. Now this Laptop has Windows Vista Home basic loaded which does not seem to work at all. This has made my life miserable. And your customer care is pathetic!!

You are trying to fool customers by selling product which only looks good!!

My machine is registered under sr no; CND9063427

and the P/n is ": NLO92PA#ACJ

Hp guys keep calling for feedback but do not seem to acknowledge complaints. This is the way customer care treats its customer.

The system gets hang all the time, with no document names getting changed to almost my laptop behaving crazy.

I want this OS to be removed, and loaded Windows 07 free of cost from Hp. Hoping to hear from you guys. I am currently in Bhubaneswar in Orissa. Let me know where can I go and get this damn machine fixed free of Cost as it is still under guarantee
