NON RECEIPT OF GIFT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a COMPAQ LAPTOP CQ40-10BTU in the month of Feb from Win Technologies (55/2 S N Banerjee rd, Barrackpore. Kolkata-700120, ph no.25944989) in which there was a offer that if i send a draft of rs 1299 to them they will send a gift i.e KODAK CAMERA after 6th week of receipts of draft. Meanwhile i had send the draft of rs 1299 to HP REDEMPTION CELL, first floor-A-2, Okhla Industrial Area. Phase-1.New Delhi-110020. Ph no.011-41306700 on 24 th Feb.but still the gift had not been dispatch.whenever i mail them or call to their customer service no. they reply that it will dispatch within next 2 weeks but it never comes. and the redemption code for the gift is ORHFDGKNFN.

So plz do the needful.
