No redemption gift received

I had purchased compaq laptop presario CQ60. In this purchase there was a provision of a gift of a kodak camera. I have registered my laptop on HP redemption cell and my redemption code is W9X7N9DBAY. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 1299/- on dated 23/02 and from HP redemption cell it was comfirmed that it had been reached while the company tell the gift will receive with in 6 weeks.
