Cheeting of an offe

Dear sir

i brought a hp laptop, at that time they given an offer that free home theater (dated feb 28), delivery charges should be held by customer for that we need to send a DD amounting to rupees 1499, i was also send this and a got the confirmation of the receipt from the this redemption cell, but yet not i get this item, when i enquirer about this by e-mail, they inform that they will send this with in few days, but i yet not get this.

not only me but my friends also not get this, it like they are cheating every one, now they also remove their web site. please take some measure on this.

i have all the document of this, please inform me how to i proceed now.
