Non receiving of redeemed C2W Wrist Watch

I have been member of contest2win.com for last 2 years. My username is juin_chow. I have redeemed a C2W wrist watch as on 12th June'09 against 7500 prize points. Today is 19th November'09 and till date I didn't receive the product. 5 months passed away. Several times I phoned to C2W site people and every time their representatives RINA & SANA assured me that I will get that one, within 2 weeks. Last month they told me that they have despatched the product through ANGEL EXPRESS. I contacted them also. MR.ALI from that courier company said that they didn't receive any order in my name and Mr. Upadhyay of C2W company agreed with Mr. Ali too. After that I send mail to RINA & SANA with the full details but they are not even gave any reply also. Really I feel cheated by them. Should any one can help me to get the watch? Can I ask help to C2W web owner, may be he is not aware about the same?
