Complaint for Mobile Headset

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Rohan Singh. I am Purchased i Mobile Headset of Huawei Company Model No.-C5330. Due to techincal problem I am submit my mobile phone to Huawei Service Centre on 16/05/09. Service Centre address is :- WZ-167, 1st floor, Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar, Opp Metro Pillar No.-671/672 New Delhi-110059. My Manual Job No is 12277. He gave me 15 days to give back my mobile headset. when i go to Serivce Centre i see the Serive Centre is closed. Then i complaint another service centre he write my complaint but take no actions he gave me time and time. Please take action & give my mobile back.
