One cartoon is missing out of three

I have booked 3 cartoons for Patna Junction from Faridabad station in Toofan Aabha (Train No. 3008) which is running betwwen Ganganagar to Howarah but only 2 cartoon has received at Patna. Missing cartoon is containing 300 CFL Bulb which is more than 20000 rupees. We have lodged our compaint at Patna Junction to get the same soon. As i have committed date to the dealer for sunday delivery. If it will not be recovered and i will not deliver to the concern dealer then we have to give penalty to the dealers. If it happens then we will also claim in court to get damaged amount from railway.

Kindly look into this and try to resolved it at the earliest.
