Online Payment made but no ticket received

Yesterday afternoon (26-8-09) I was booking a ticketfor 4 persons (3adults 1 child) from Jalandhar city to New Delhi in ACIII tier for 03-10=09 by 2716 ASR NED EXPRESS via irctc.co.in

Payment of Rs1785.00 (Rs1775.00 Rs10.00) was made thru SBI online site from A/Cno010418058512but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up.

I tried calling up irctc.co.in and also mailed to care@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now

Can somebody out there help
