Unautorised with drawl of amount by Lombard

I am having account in ICICI Bank in udumalpet and my account no is 6421501504411.It isi brought to my notice that Rs 14713 is s unautorized drawn by lombard insurance company. This is highly Objectional and High handed action.

I request that with drawn From SB account (Rs14713) should be credited at once. If i am not credited with in a week time, Failing which I have to approach the Ombudsman, the consumer grivence cell and consumer's court.
