I am trying to open an account since Jan 21st. First 2 times it got rejected because of simple reasons and they took 1 month to process it. After sending documents again for one month just nothing happened. I kept getting messages from them that it got rejected again, accepted, rejected etc. There are so many service requests and numbers created. So much follow up and contradictory communication being sent from ICICIDirect.
Eventually they said, it is accpeted. Next week again I got the SMS saying it is rejected since the telephone bill is older than 2 months.
THIS IS HEIGHT OF Frustations, since ICICIDirect was sleeping on the application for 2 months and in the end holding me responsible that I have not sent the latest Phone bill. The whole experience is a NIGHTMARE.
