My ICICI Direct account has been deactivated since more than two - three months. I had submitted my PAN details when creating the account, yet they asked me for my PAN details again. I told them that I shall submit the issuing letter and my tax returns as proof of PAN, but they said they require PAN card copy. I did not have that at that time and I had to apply for the PAN Card.

Now I have submitted my PAN details and since more than a 7-8 business days there is now update to my account. I'm loosing money because of the apathy of the ICICI Direct people.
