FAILURE IN SERVICE

DEAR SIR/MADAM

IT SEEMS THAT ICICI MANAGEMENT ARE JOKING WITH ME. LONG AGO IN SEPTEMBER THEIR REP CAME SAT FOR ONE HOUR, GOT THE FORMS SIGNED BY BOTH OF US, COLLECTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED, COLLECTED OUR CHEQUE & WENT.

NEXT MONTH AGAIN THEIR REP CAME TO OUR HOUSE, GOT A FRESH LOT OF FORMS. HE AGAIN GOT THE ENTIRE FORMS FILLED UP BY BOTH OF US & TOOK OUR SIGNATURE AGAIN ON ALL THE FORMS AT SEVERAL PLACES, COLLECTED SEVEN OR SIX DOCUMENTS SAYING SOME WERE LOST.

NOW AGAIN YOU HAVE SENT A LONG LETTER SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL THE DOCUMENTS!!!..HOW COME.

I ASK YOU TO IMMIDIATELY CONDUCT AN ENQUIRY ABOUT THIS WHOLE MATTER & YOU WILL FING SHOCKING REVELATIONS AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING AT KOLKATA ICICIDIRECT.COM REGIONAL OFFICE.

DUE TO THEIR LOCAL OFFICE CALLOUSNESS & LETHARGY I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GO ON LINE FOR TRADING FOR OVER 4 MONTHS!! SHOCKING ISNT IT?? THEN IMAGINE HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE LOST???

WHY DID YOU COLLECT MY CHEQUE & FORM IN SEPTEMBER & HOW DID YOU LOOSE IT?? WHY DID YOU OFFICE TAKE FOUR MONTHS TO REVERT BACK TO ME IN WRITING WHEN I WAS AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME. NUMEROUS FRANTIC CALLS TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE YIELDED NO RESULT.

PLEASE REVERT BACK TO ME ON WHAT ACTION YOUR COMPANY PROPOSES TO TAKE TO ENSURE FOR THIS SERIOUS LAPSE ON YOUR PART.

BELIEVE ME, THIS WAY YOU ARE LOOSING YOUR CREDIBILITY IN THE MARKET, SLOWLY.

I AM IN FULL TENSION & DEPRESSION FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. PLEASE SAVE ME FROM THIS AGONY.
