DAILY TECHINCAL ISSUE ON ICICIDIRECT.COM

There has been repeated technical issues on icicidirect.com website and due to which i have suffered losses. The repeated calls have been made to their call center and all repeated mails have been sent to helpdesk@icici.com. The mail with screenshots have also been sent. The complaint number issued today is 67694139.Who is going to bear these losses to technical errors? I want ICICI to pay for the losses as the torture we customers have to face is due to negligence of big corpoartes like ICICI.
