Not Issuing of mediclaim policy

Dear Sir/Medam,

PL refer enclosed correspodence, I have paid the amount in July 07 (Refer enclosed e-statement) for issuing new mediclaim policy for my childeren named Raj.

I made many reminders but till date the policy is not issued.

PL do needful.
