I never applied for any policy i was only asked to give credit card no, date of birth & mailing address which i gave . there after i was shoked to find in my credit card statement the transaction of health policy for rajrani my mother, deducting rs. 15000/- from my credit card acc. my mother is a govt. pension holder & she is a dependent mother of a got. officer she enjoys all the medical facility. some one from icicilombard has deliberately implicated for the health policy which she never needed to apply . plz help me & take action against the faulty employee of icici lombard
