Since long I was trying to get a hard copy of the policy. And every time I reached you, have been told that I will receive that shortly, but unfortunately I witness the pathetic support from ICICI Lombard. I renewed the policy in time over the phone, and during renewal I was told to get the hard copy with in 5 to 10 working days. That was fine with me. I have to show the hard copy of the insurance to RTO, for registration purpose. I received an SMS long back may be 25th of March (25030986) that the documents has been send, but that’s all, neither I have received any document from ICICI, nor any phone call. And then the next when today, I spoke with the front desk people asking to transfer the call to his manager; because I need some written communication which can help me to fight, the expression or rather the explanation was really embarrassing. They said they are not authorized to give any confirmation, when I asked them to transfer the call to someone who can better assured then he said sorry we can’t transfer the call. No request number, no assurance nothing came from icici Lombard. I am really worried about the claim. If I have to fight with them for getting one hard copy of the insurance then what could be the impact for claim?
