ICICI Lombard takes 2-3 months to send a policy document. Their job is to be after you on mobile to purchase a product and once you purchase a product immediately takes payment online, but then they are not to be heard and seen.

I have taken a health insurance policy on 29th Feb by paying 13000 rupees for my father and mother. Till now I had not recieved anything from them after medical test.

They are playing with senior citizens health. If som emergency comes I cannot utilize the Lombard services.
