Refund against cancellation of my home insurance

I have taken home loan from icici bank. My loan account number is LBABD000001511442. Apart from this, I had taken icici home insurance premium of Rs.30750/-.which was paid by icici home loan to icici lombard. After two months I cancelled the home insurance and they refunded me only Rs.12841/- against Rs.30750/-. They informed me that balance would be deducted towards cancellation charges.

I had communications with them through mail as well as through phone banking for almost 1.5 years but in vain.

Hence I request you to kindly take this matter forward and refund me the balance amount asap.
