For late to pass claim procedure and not give cashless amount

Dear sir,

i was meet and accident on 28th march at jamnagar dwarka highway 11 km far from jamnagar. i have give my tavera car to repair at authorise gm motors workshop at rajkot. my tavera car insurance policy from icici lombarad general insurance. my car is repair and ready but insurance compny have do them procedure late . and therefore they have avoid to give me chashless benifit. so gm motors give me my car on my responsiblity. but insurance company have not get any steps for the case. my claim no. is mot01072026
