PF Amount Not Received

Dear Sir,

I worked with ICICI LOMBARD GIC on the payroll of Teamlease from 17 aug'06 to sep'07 .I received one amount to transffered in my account. I have submitted my application of PF to teamlease in Jan'08.I want to say that, i have not received second cheque of my PF.My PF Number is KN/35224/096579.My employee No. is 119381 in Teamlease. I just want to know the total amount of PF as i got some information from one courier that he has the cheque in my name from Insurance Company. I am not able to trace. Please help me out in this regard as i dnt know where to complain and how to complain.
