Misguiding and deceiveing the custome

ICICI have offered me the health insurance policy on my ICICI credit card. Initially I have told them that Iwill take it for 1 year, but they have deducted 2 years money from my account and then in August I have called them for policy cancellation on the toll free number of ICICI Lombard, the customer care executive has misguided me saying that please continue your policy till december and you will get 40% returns of the policy amount, when I called them in december the customer care executive said that the information given before was false and you won't get any returns, they are not ready to return my money of next year which they have already deducted. This is really very irritating. I would rather I am suggesting everyone not to take any policy of ICICI lombard. This people suck you.
