Hello, Sir

To whom ever it may concern that Iam KP Rajeshwari Ex-employee of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance Department Employee id :242952. Till Now i didnt Receive my incentive cheque after my resignation. When iam asking my USM (Namarta Bansal) she is not at all taking care about it. if not when iam asking to my ASM (Giri babu) same he is also saying.so when iam asking to Teamlease they are also saying that to ask to managers. But iam in dialoma.whom to ask please solve my problem
