ICICI Lombard does not entertain calls for complaints

I bought a mediclaim poilicy from ICICI lombard in which I can get a OPD claim for Rs 7000.It has been 40-45 days noe and nothing has happened with my claim. When I talk to ICICI lombard guys they tell me to contact the third party number provided. The third party guys does not entertain my call and most of the time they disconnect it. When I talk to ICICI Lombard guys regarding this they say that they will call me back but they never do so. Initially they gave me a period of 21 days but it is now more than a month and a half.
