>This is to bring to your notice that a month back one of your Executive called me and said they are going to provide me a medical insurance along with the increase in creditlimit (Credit card Limit) on my ICICI credit card.

>He suggested me that i could do it by just accepting the Insurance and after a period of 20 days during the call of confirmation from LOMBARD I can reject it. So that my credit limit would alone get increase with no other effect.

>Based on his inputs i have accepted the insurance and after which i have not received any call from Lombard but the only thing happened is Rs.- have been debited from my CREDIT CARD.

>I escalted this to ICICI Lombard customer care and registered my complaint (my complaint number is "211108966"), And today got a call from -044 45583503 ICICI Lombard customer care and the person who have called was very harsh and not in a listening mood and when i asked him to transfer the call to his managers he has disconnected the call. Again 3 mints later received a call from the same number and the person called claimed himself as team leader and said that they are going to debit the amount from Credit card and informed that this is only an information and disconnected the call.
