I have a cash plus policy with your company policy no.02797404 since 08/05/06.I have deposited the premium for the year 2008 on 05/05/08 by a account payee cheque drawn on UNITED BANK OF INDIA, NAKTALA dated 05/05/08.I have recieved a message in my mobile no 9330989463 from your company that you have already issued a receipt for this premium but I have not yet received the receipt till today dated 19/05/08.So please look forward on this matter as early as possible.
