Dialer tone activated with my knowledge

I have been using Idea no 9881512161 for past 2 and 1/2 yrs. i was satisfied with the services but recently without my knowledge dialer tone was activated, i was quite suprised as i had not activated any such service. After finding out the deactivation code i sent an sms to 55456 ie DT DEACT to deactivate but Rs 3 were charged. I need to know when i did not request for the dialer tone why should the amount is deducted.
