Without knowing activated for dialer tone

My number 9844380374 today morning @ 11:40 i got call from 919743900127 after that got sms regarding activation dialer tones service is being processed @ 11:55. and after that another sms you have successfullly subscribed for dialer tones. and 17RS have been debited from my account.
without sending any sms nor pressing any button this has been activated now i want my money back and it should be deactivated.
