ACTIVATION OF DIALER TONE WITHOUT MY REQUEST

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of idea mobile. My mobile No is 9763399518. I received one SMS from idea mobile that my request for dialer tone is activated. I never requested for the same. However, I approached the shop from where I got SIM card to deactivate the same. I received a SMS from Idea conforming the same. I am surprised to find that it is not deactivated till date. Please intervene. The cellular company should also desist from such uncalled for practice. In addition, the company is pouring my in box with uncalled for SMSes. The same practice should be stopped forthwith.
