Excess bill

Sir

I have recieved the bill for my idea cell no. 9812455106, for the month of september, showing bill amount in excess of Rs.4049/-.

This is quite shocking for me as my monthly bill has never exceeded Rs 1000/- except for august which is Rs 1500/-.

I am recieving excess bills since last august.

Hence i request you to kindly check my bills & send me the billing details since august on my mail id.
