Broad band not installed

On 20.02.08 by ch. No.177325 of Rs.2824.00 paid for the installation of the broad band. We got the modem by the line man but till date after so many requests no one bothered to install it.

Ultimatly we got the connection of Airtel broad band and while going thru the records we found the rent etc for the broad band is regularly being charged in the bills.

You are kindly requested to collect back the modem and revoke the rent/cost of the broad band so that the connection shud go smoothly.

Our phone is not working just b'coz of the payment whereas if you deduct the rent/cost of the broad band charged by you we will have the credit balance.
