Dailer tone changed automaticaly

My Mobile no is 9921828262, I'm a prepaid customer of Idea Maharashtra my dailer tone was changed automaticaly on 12th April after that I called up at customer care on 4444 but nobody helped me properly & disconnected my phone. As I'm working with corporate office & very bad dailer tone was activated on my mobile so it is spoiling my image.
