Sent me the Bill but have already cancelled connection frm Sales Guy

I am a Guy working in a travel agency in Bandra. I have purchased a Idea postpaid card and after just 02 days of activation of card, i called that sales guy that there is no network showing in the card. He took the card and told that he will cancell the same..

Now after a month, i got a bill of Rs. 676/- and when i called them informing abt the same they are telling me that they cant help me and I have to pay the whole amount. Also when i told them that can you NOW cancell my Card (Deactivate), they said no, we cannot i have to go to the gallerry being a worker in a small agency. I work here from 09 am to 09 pm and after that when will i go to the gallery to cancell the card. PLease call me on my alternate mobile number: 9892384730 (Karan Rajani)..
