I am a Guy working in a travel agency in Bandra. I have purchased a Idea postpaid card and after just 02 days of activation of card, i called that sales guy that there is no network showing in the card. He took the card and told that he will cancell the same..
Now after a month, i got a bill of Rs. 676/- and when i called them informing abt the same they are telling me that they cant help me and I have to pay the whole amount. Also when i told them that can you NOW cancell my Card (Deactivate), they said no, we cannot i have to go to the gallerry being a worker in a small agency.
