Caller tune

I have fixed a caller tune on my number under a service provided by 'idea', for which I am being charged on monthly basis, but whenever someone calls me up, He/She hears a message which says " If you want to make the next song your caller tune press star". Usually I pick the phone before the caller can hear the song.

This means Idea is advertising purely on my expenses, which is a wrong practice and I think is followed by every Service provider. When I talked to customer care, they said we cannot do any thing for this.
