Customer Care never responds

I'm Shally Mittal, Regular user of idea telecom. I'm not happy with the services which idea is after expanding its Telecom diameters. I'm trying to talk with customer care for last 7 days but idea customer care is not picking up my call which is so disappointing with such a big company. So I'm fed up with the services. It's a high tern to take some necessary steps for idea before it's to late.
