Non working of ACs

I have registered the complint of our office ACs not working. First time when I lodged the complaint mentioning that we have 3 ton three ACs and it is centrally Airconditioned, they had send the people who takes care of window AC and then nobody turned up to look for my complint.

I lodged another complaint and mentioned all the details of first incidence I was given another complaint number 09jU290474 & 09JU290452 on 29th June and till date no body has turned up to take care of the complaint.

Now when we dial the customer complaint no. that continuously comes engaged.

We don't expect this type of service from VOLTAS atleast being such a reputed company.

Please do reply to this mail so that we may have some faith and confidence in buying voltas products in future.
