IFB Microwave oven
Lid Not Working

My IFB microwave oven (205c2) is not working properly so I've registered the complaint last month April 09, and my complaint no is 2916867. I bought a IFB Microwave oven (205c2) in Feb 09 and unfortuantely it got repaired in March. I raised a complaint and the company sent the executive. The executive on inspection informed that the lid is out of order, now we are not proper tools so we come by next weak 28 April 09. Since then neither i am able to trace the executive.
