IFB Microwave oven
No response to complaint

My IFB microwave oven had a trouble and I complained at the local IFB service centre at Kochi. They send me a complaint ticket number via sms : 3070810 on 26th May 09, promising service within 48 hours. Despite my follow up ever since that practically everyday, they've not turned up.

Its been more than 7 days since I cmplained.
