Iffco-Tokio General Insurance
Claim Amount Not Receved

Sir,

With due respect it is to inform you that, I have a Two wheeler accident claim under Iffco-Tokio general insurance. My approval amount is Rs-18000 /- after all deduction (according to all Iffco-tokio). Before one month i have received Rs 16000/- from the insurance company. But after lots of try i am unable to confirm about my pending amount. Insurance company is unable provide me any detail about my pending amount.

It's being noticed that some of insurance company illegally cut down sum % of approved amount. Moreover they are not providing the amount in a single part (example is me).
