Deactivation of WAP/Download services

I have never subscribed to any download service from igmobi.com, but my mobile phone is receiving continuous messages that I am downloading wall papers, games, ringtones etc from this portal. This is never done by me.

I want to lodge a complaint against igmobi.com for illegally charging my mobile account. I want a complete refund of the money charged to my account and stoppage of the un wanted charges on my mobile account.
