Amount deducted for the ticket not booked

Dear sir,

I was booking a ticket in IRCTC from my Debit Card on 14-7. While making the payment it took abt 15-20m mins and transaction failed. So I booked the ticket from another Debit card (Owner: BINANDA NARZARY) which was successfull within a minute. But when I checked my A/C detail the amount for the ticket Rs. 250/- has been deducted from my A/C also against a ticket which is not at all in my booked ticket history; there is only one ticket on that day and for those destinations (from Guwahati to Tinsukia).

So I am expecting a Total Rs 250/- which need to be credited to my Acct by the IRCTC.

Hope you take prompt action and do the needful.
