Egarding clarity in camera

My Order No.701178939 dated 01.05.2009. I have ordered for a camcorder. I got the camcorder on 08.05.2009. But when I started using it, I have not found the result as per the demonstration. Even if u stand very near to the camera, u will not find a clear picture. The what is the use of purchasing such a camcorder? I have lodged a complaint on the same day and they promised me that within two days, technician will contact me. But nobody contacted me. I have a feeling of being ditched by the homeshop18. Please do needful for me. My number is 919998178900. If you want to retain the image of the company, do not make false promises to the consumers. I am expecting the reply as soon as you get this complaint.
